Infusion Concepts : Meet The Pets

As suppliers of veterinary infusion products, you can imagine the Infusion Concepts team are a massive lover of pets. To celebrate National Pet Month this April, we are going to introduce you to some of the members of our ever-growing pet team. From dogs and cats to horses, our diverse and hairy team are sure to put a smile on your face.

Krissy Catlow

Krissy, Director at Infusion Concepts, is a lover of animals both big and small. She now has six animals, including two cats, two dogs, two horses and this family will sure be expanding soon. Her two cats, Valley and Dora, were both supposed to be fostered temporarily but never left the family. Valley enjoys the outdoors and has been known to wander off exploring, so must now be supervised on her excursions. As for Dora, she much prefers the comfort of a fuss and a comfy bed.

Krissy herself also loves the outdoors and spending time with her playful cocker spaniels, Riley and Theo and her schoolmaster horse, Wilky. They all love spending time outside with Krissy and her girls, especially anything that involves mud! Sam, Krissy’s 14-year-old Welsh Section D horse joined the family on loan, but the opportunity arose for him to stay – a common theme! He is keeping Krissy’s girls on their toes, bringing them on with their jumping and riding skill. They will be showing and competing on Sam this year, so make sure to keep an eye on our blog page for more updates soon!

Hamish is the new addition to the Catlow family and joined us in April 2023. Although he has previously raced, he has shown that he can turn his hoof to anything and has recently attended his first Pony Club Camp. He is extremely laid back and loves nothing more than chilling out in his field, followed by the odd carrot and scritches. Currently ridden by Krissy eldest daughter who worships the ground he walks on, he is sure to be spoilt.

Charlotte Nelson

Charlotte, our Accounts and Office Administrator, has the second largest pet family out of the Infusion Concepts team, with three cats and one dog.

Charlotte’s cats age from 1 year old to 16 years old. Ar Kid, the youngest of the three cats, is another rescue and has recently discovered the amazing outdoors. He loves an adventure, just like Dot. Dot doesn’t let her age or missing eye get in the way of living her life and spends lots of time watching birds in the garden. Mavis is the oldest of the three, now 16 years old, was never stroked up until the age of 10 and now is making up for the missed fuss!

Although outnumbered by the cats, Siyah the spaniel is happy as long as he has a ball and a river nearby.

Jacqui Law

Our Warehouse Manager Jacqui is the owner of the Infusion Concepts mascot, Buddy and two cats, Jerry and Jasper. Buddy is always by Jacqui’s side, hard at work carrying balls, bones and anything else he can find. Similarly, to the whole Infusion team, Jerry loves Buddy and often follows close behind. He also loves finding ‘gifts’ to leave for Jacqui on a morning. Jasper is the brother of Jerry and enjoys spending his days eating, being stroked, and winding up the other dogs!

Alison Cairns

Alison is the Infusion Concepts Office Administrator and has offered a quiet home for her dog Belle, who did not like living with her previous noisy family. Belle loves to relax and can be found sleeping in some very interesting places. When she is not sleeping, she can be found protecting her garden from intruding cats. Alison’s son Jamie has recently welcomed Pip the puppy into the family to keep Belle company. Pip is loving her new family, spending time chasing leaves, balls and Belle.

Chris Dicker

Chris, our Finance Director has a lovely black Labrador, Jess who loves both the outdoors and indoors. Her ideal day includes swimming, sunbathing, eating and a nice relax in the evening.
