Description
This 8fr, 25cm pericardial drainage catheter kit was developed over several years in collaboration with Mike Martin of the Veterinary Cardiorespiratory Centre.
This kit is designed for safe and straightforward pericardial drainage techniques, as well as short-term thoracic procedures. This is accomplished with a specially toughened catheter for chronic cases and thickened pericardium. The 80cm Guidewire also aids in performance with larger breeds.
This kit features three lateral and one distal hole for reliable drainage and a C-clamp on the extension tube.
This kit comes with:
- 8Fr, distance-marked drain catheter
- Seldinger introducer needle
- Tissue dilator
- Guide wire on holder with straight tips, also distance marked
- Disposable scalpel
- Non-latex injection cap
- 5ml syringe

Returns information
Infusion Concepts shall accept the return of Goods by the Buyer provided that the Buyer notifies Infusion Concepts in writing within 14 days of the delivery of Goods. The physical return of these Goods shall take place no later than seven days following notification of intent to return the goods. Outside this notification and return period, returns will only be accepted at Infusion Concepts discretion.
Infusion Concepts shall be entitled to apply a restocking charge for returned Goods, providing the reason for the return does not relate to a faulty product or damage which is the liability of Infusion Concepts. The restock charge shall not exceed 15% of the value paid by the Buyer for the Goods.
