Pump Servicing and General Veterinary Equipment Repairs

Infusion Concepts provides in-house Veterinary pump repairs. These are performed in our York workshops by our expert engineers John Bennett and Chris Moreton. John Bennett has been fully trained at the CME training centre in Israel and carries years of experience regarding Veterinary equipment repairs.

All repairs are to be directed to the address of our Service Centre, which you can find below. When providing your pump to the Service Centre, please include your contact details and a short description of the fault.

We’ll contact you with a cost estimate before our service team completes repairs. Repairs will only be carried out once costing is agreed upon.

We offer free quotation and can beat any like-for-like quote for Veterinary repairs.

We supply FOUR ranges of giving sets designed to provide maximum performance on your infusion pumps as well as excellent gravity fluid delivery.

Change to our market-leading ranges of giving sets, and we will recalibrate your pumps FOC.

Just follow these few simple steps to help us give you a great service!

  1. Ensure your Veterinary pump is securely packaged
  2. Include both the contact details of your clinic and yourself
  3. Provide a brief and accurate description of the fault
  4. Despatch to our Service Centre address
  5. You will receive a quote from our service centre
  6. If you agree to the quotation, please reply with a confirmation
  7. We will return your veterinary pump once all repairs are completed

Please note that repairs can only be completed with Clinic consent.

Any Pumps returned without undergoing repair will be subject to Carriage charges.
